As a legal assistant for Doolittle & Tucker, P.A., Tia R. Rebman is primarily responsible for the pre-litigation aspects of the claims involving the Defense Base Act. Mrs. Rebman manages client/case issues, is responsible for preparing and filing legal correspondence and pleadings, assisting with discovery, settlement documents, and case management.
A Jacksonville native, Mrs. Rebman obtained her Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville in December 2015, where she studied legal assisting and business. She began her career in the legal field right out of high school, working full-time, while she pursued higher education. She has over six years of experience in legal support and managing cases. Prior to joining the firm in March 2016, she worked in a number of diverse specialties including medical malpractice, PIP, and real estate law.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, graphic design and traveling.
