Zeildet Garzon is a legal assistant at Paul M. Doolittle, P.A., handling cases primarily under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as well as Social Security Administration cases. As a legal assistant, Ms. Garzon is tasked with supporting the attorney-client relationship, gathering data and material, reviewing medical records, and providing legal information required by the attorneys. Ms. Garzon works under the direction and supervision of licensed attorneys and paralegals for the purposes of better assisting clients.
In 2004, Ms. Garzon began her legal career at The Law Office of Erik W. Berger, where she gained legal experience dealing with the Social Security Administration. She worked under the direct instruction and supervision of the principal, Attorney Berger, for more than 7 years. In 2011, Ms. Garzon returned to school to obtain a degree in nursing from Keiser University (KU). During her time at KU, Ms. Garzon made the Dean’s List, was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa and graduated with honors. Prior to that, Ms. Garzon earned her Associate of Science degree from Antelope Valley College in Palmdale, California.
In her spare time, Ms. Garzon takes pleasure in volunteering with after school programs that provide educational and enrichment opportunities for youth. She also enjoys Latin-style dance classes.
